This Frontier knife has a 7-1/2" long, high carbon steel blade with a dark blue finish. The 5" long handle is antler with a black horn buttcap. The oval guard is nickel silver. The sheath is 8-3/8" long, made of black leather, and sewn with heavy, white sinew. The sheath is sewn with a welted seam to protect the stitching from the blade. The loop will accept up to a 2-3/4" belt. This knife would make great addition to a mid 19th century historical impression.
