- Our 6" boning blade has an overall length of 10-1/2". This blade has been forged from .112" thick carbon cutlery steel (not modern stainless steel) and has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. This blade has been made in the U.S.A. by America's oldest cutlery, Russell Green River.
- Set of three brass cutler's rivets.
- Pair of maple scales, 3/8" thick by 1.5" x 5".
